Financing Your Start-up Business

Presented by: Paula A. Sinozich, attorney, Connors Morgan Sinozich, PLLC
Martin A. Sinozich, member, Venn Capital, LLC

Over 600,000 businesses open each year in the United States, and they all face the same challenge – how do you fund a new business?

Do you have to have your own money?  Can it all be borrowed?  Can you offer stock to fund your new business?  If you invite investors in, what do you have to give up?

Paula and Martin will answer the questions that many business start-ups have and shake loose many of the myths about how to finance new businesses.

Participants will gain a better understanding of which types of financing are better suited to which types of businesses, what lenders and investors are looking for in a business plan, and business and legal approaches to financing structures.
